6/19/2024
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) selected eight small businesses for the second phase of a multiple-award contract (MAC) to deliver installation and logistics management support services. The agency disclosed the chosen vendors in award notices on SAM. The Installation and Logistics Management Services II (ILMS II) contract is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract spanning five years. Its purpose is for ordering, emphasizing the deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of command, control, communications, computers, cyber and intelligence (C5I) systems. The contract value ceiling on this MAC is $233.3 million.
In May of 2023, the USCG released the ILMS II requirement for commercially available installation and logistics management services to complete and manage shipboard and land-based equipment installations and maintenance. These services were procured via a MAC IDIQ. The required support services included C5I System Documentation Support; C5I System Installation Support; C5I System Engineering Change and Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Support; and C5I System Field Support. Additionally, this procurement includes the purchase of IT services and equipment.
