- What types of payment do you accept?
- EZGovOpps currently accepts a wide variety of payment options for the convenience of our subscribers, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, American Express via Paypal Invoice (which does not require a Paypal account to use), check, money order, or wire transfer. Checks or money orders should be remitted to P.O.Box 1079, Savage, Maryland 20763. Please contact an EZGovOpps representative at 1-855-394-6812 and select option "3" for billing to pay via credit card, arrange for invoice, or for additional information.
- I just signed up for my 5-day trial. Why haven’t I received my Welcome Email to finalize my account?
- When you first sign up for an EZGovOpps you must finalize your account by clicking the verification link that is sent with your welcome email. This email will be sent to the email address that you signed up with. If you do not get an email within 10 minutes, please check your junk, spam and/or "clutter" folders. You will not be able to sign in until you verify your account. If you do not get an email please contact email@example.com, call us at 855-394-6812 or use the chat function so a team member can assist you. We also recommend that you add @ezgovopps.com to your email safe senders list. We have included a resource that has instructions for the major email program. Add an email to safe senders list .
- I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
- To reset your password, click the "Forgotten Password" link that appears on the Sign In page. You will receive an email with a reset password link. You will need to know the answer to your security question. If you forgot your security answer or need additional assistance please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- What if my company needs longer than five days to evaluate EZGovOpps?
- We encourage users to interact with the EZGovOpps trial over 5 days with a daily checklist that covers both the high-level and advanced functionality, however if your team is unable to review these items within the five days due to time constraints, etc. please feel free to contact us and we’d be happy to extend your trial.
- I’m not great with computers, can I still use EZGovOpps?
- Our highest accolade in the market is our ease-of-use. There is no greater frustration than not being able to secure the critical information you need in a timely manner. EZGovOpps prides ourselves on offering a tool that is intuitive and simple to navigate. There are tips and videos on every page, so if you are ever wondering where to find a certain button or feature, help is only a click away.

If your question falls outside of normal business hours, we strive to answer all support questions within 2 hours of submission, so rest assured that you will have the support resources necessary to succeed.
- Is the EZGovOpps platform stripped down when accessing via a mobile device?
- Actually no, EZGovOpps is the only market intelligence tool utilizing second generation cloud technology, enabling the entire EZGovOpps platform to be used in a mobile environment, so feel free to break out that iPad.
- I have more team members, can I add them to my account or do they have to sign-up on their own?
- We highly recommend that you add additional team members to your account. As the account owner you will be able to add up to 4 additional team members once you sign into the EZGovOpps portal. Once you sign in, just navigate to the "Users" link that is located in the upper-right hand corner of your EZGovOpps Member Portal. If a team member accidentally signs up for their own account, please contact us at email@example.com to transfer the ownership of their email to your account. We'd like you to see the collaboration features, and that won't be very effective with separate accounts. For teams larger than 5 users, please contact us, we'd be happy to expand the trial experience for you.

- What is your billing schedule?
- The prices shown on the pricing page are for annual subscriptions with payment for the year's service taking place at the beginning of the subscription. For a multi-year subscription, EZGovOpps will lock in the current annual rate to provide cost control and furnish a 5% discount on subsequent years.
