GSA Extends Deadline for Alliant 3 Submissions to Feb 3rd
11/27/2024
The General Services Administration (GSA) has extended the submission deadline for the Alliant 3 governmentwide acquisition contract to February 3rd, moving it from the original October 28th date. The extension comes after GSA issued an amendment to the request for proposals (RFPs) in late June.
The Alliant 3 contract, which covers an unrestricted pool of IT products and services, encompasses a wide range of technological domains. These include artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital government, enterprise resource planning, software development, 3D printing integration, Agile development, critical infrastructure protection, information assurance, and digital process automation.
To support potential offerors, GSA will provide a pre-recorded conference in early December for informational purposes. The extension to the February 3rd deadline aims to give vendors additional time to prepare an attachment covering templates for emerging technology relevant experience projects.
The previous iteration, Alliant 2, began in 2018 and a total of 61 companies were awarded a seat on the vehicle. So far it has seen 726 task order awards representing more than $36 billion in estimated value. At least 100 federal agencies have utilized the contract.
